Disney provides a day-of coordinator, why do I need to hire someone?
Disney's Team manages the logistics of the venue and their staff, while our team is dedicated to the hands-on, personal experience of you and your guests.
Think of us as your personal advocates. We are with you at all times—from the bridal suite to the very end of the night. We are the central hub for all communication with the entire Disney Team, allowing you to simply enjoy your day.
Our role is to manage all the personal details Disney's team can't. If there's a hiccup, we make the decision and handle it so you never have to worry. We manage all personal decor and items, ensuring everything is set up perfectly. At the end of the night, we even clean up and deliver all of your personal belongings back to you. Our goal is to ensure you don't lift a finger and your event is flawlessly executed.
Disney has Wedding Planners, why do we need to hire an additional planner?
This is a common question because the Disney Weddings Team is truly world-class at what they do! Their planners are incredibly skilled at executing the logistical magic of your day within the resort, but the journey to get there is often different than what couples expect. Since Disney planners typically begin their deep-dive work with you around the six-month mark,
we bridge that gap by being by your side from day one.
We act as your personal creative partners, helping you brainstorm and refine your vision long before your formal Disney planning session even begins. As a former Disney Bride, I know that this unique process comes with its own set of rules and specific pricing structures, and we love helping our couples stay ahead of the curve. We use our firsthand experience to help you prepare for all those special details and extra expenses that are unique to a Disney Wedding, ensuring there are no surprises later on. Think of the Disney Weddings Team as the masters of the venue and the resort, while we are your personal advocates who are dedicated to the fine-tuned details of your specific vision. Do you assist with our welcome party, brunch, or other extra events?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that Disney weddings are typically a multi-day celebration, and our services are designed to support that. We are here to assist with all of your extra events—including your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, dessert parties, and farewell brunch—at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure your entire wedding celebration, from the first event to the last, is magical and stress-free for you and your guests.
How much time does the Disney team give you for setup?
The Disney Team gives us two hours prior to each event’s start time for setup. For example, if your reception begins at 6:00 PM, our team will be given access to the venue to begin setup at 4:00 PM. This is why having an experienced and efficient team is so important—we are prepared to execute your entire vision perfectly within this specific timeframe.
What is a "BEO" and what is your role in assisting with it?
The BEO—which stands for Banquet Event Order—is the most important document of your wedding. It's the detailed, minute-by-minute guide that the entire Disney Team follows on your wedding day, from the culinary staff to the event managers.
Our team provides a vital service by assisting you with this document. We act as your safety net, carefully reviewing the BEO to ensure every detail, from your timeline to your food selections, is accurate. It's easy for small details to get overlooked, and our experience allows us to catch any potential errors before they become an issue on your wedding day. We will walk you through the document and confirm everything is perfect, giving you confidence and peace of mind.
Do you have time restraints or charge extra for long days?
We believe your wedding day shouldn't be defined by a clock. Our team is with you for the entire celebration, without any time restraints or extra fees for early mornings or late nights. We'll start our day with you at the beginning of your hair and makeup services, where we'll be in the bridal suite assisting you and your party as you get ready. From that point on, we are there every step of the way, until your last event concludes, ensuring a stress-free and seamless experience from start to finish.
Do you work with weddings of all budgets?
Yes, absolutely! We believe every couple deserves a magical wedding, no matter the budget. Our expertise allows us to assist with events from budget-friendly weddings all the way to grand, luxury celebrations. Whether we're finding creative solutions to maximize a smaller budget or coordinating the intricate details of a high-end affair, our goal is always to create a beautiful and unique experience that perfectly matches your vision.

When should we book your team?
We recommend booking our team as soon as you have secured your Disney wedding date, which is typically about 18 months in advance. We are committed to providing each couple with our full, undivided attention, which is why we only accept a limited number of weddings each year. Booking with us early ensures your date is secured and that we can be your partner throughout the entire planning journey.
I’m not having a Disney Wedding, but i’d still like your help. Do you assist with non-Disney Weddings?
Our love for creating magical celebrations extends to all couples! Yes, we absolutely assist with non-Disney weddings. We bring the same level of attention to detail, passion, and stress-free planning to every wedding we do, regardless of the venue. We also offer our coordination only services for non-Disney Weddings!
How many coordinators will be there on my wedding day?
We ensure your event has the perfect amount of support to run flawlessly. Our team minimum is two coordinators to guarantee comprehensive coverage. From there, we determine how many coordinators are needed for your event, based on several key factors:
Your total guest count
The number of details and complexity of your event
Your wedding day timeline and number of events
The logistics of your specific venues
We build our team based on your unique needs to ensure every detail is handled perfectly and you receive the personalized, hands-on service you deserve. If you have a large event with a lot of extra details, there may be an additional charge to bring in extra day-of assistants.
