Kaitlyn is incredible! We had our Vow Renewal/ Wedding at Grand Floridian's Wedding Pavilion, Reception at Contemporary Resort’s California Grill and a surprise dessert party at Sago Cay at Grand Flo on April 10th, 2025!Love the fact that she's also a Disney Bride which gave her a very unique insight into Disney Weddings! Kaitlyn and her team did such an amazing work on our wedding and our family and friends loved her! She's so approachable and has so much knowledge about Disney weddings AND she's also a seasonal decorator for Disney!! I felt so much relief in hiring her from the start! She was able to look through my BEO, participated in our zoom meetings with our disney team, she gave me sound advise and was down for my crazy ideas! Before I hired Kait, I was a wreck with worry about all the DYI items I had because, Disney would not arrange my DYI stuff and even though family and friends offered help with it all, I just didn't want to put that stress on them and I wanted the Disney magic at the wedding to be felt by every guests! I had quite a few DYI decors (3 large storage bins worth) and few large signs that she was able to arrange for me! I gave Kait a list of things to do and to bring to my big day (She inflated my Bride balloons, picked up my personal florals and decorated out getaway car, along with all the magic she did that day and evening of our wedding) and she ACED it all! She even carried my backpack with all my emergency stuff in it! Kaitlyn was truly my Fairy Godmother for our wedding day!! If I were to do it all over again, she would be my first call!!! Thank you again, Kait!!!!

From start to finish, Kaitlyn, our wedding day coordinator was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and organization made all the difference on our big day. She took the time to understand our vision and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I could not have asked for a better person to help create and manage the timeline. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the moment knowing that Kaitlyn had everything under control. She communicated with all our vendors, handled any last-minute issues, and kept the day running perfectly. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her services to any couple looking for a perfect wedding experience! Thank you for making our special day even more perfect!

I had my wedding and reception at the Grand Floridian last Sunday, and it was absolutely magical! If you’re looking for a photographer, I can’t recommend Dan enough—his personality was awesome, and he showed us some of the pictures right on his camera, and they looked amazing. I seriously can’t wait to get them back!
But most importantly, I highly recommend Kaitlyn from Fairy Godmother Wedding Services. I had no idea that your wedding planner isn’t with you the entire day and that you’re responsible for things like timing, getting bouquets, and setting up your items. Just a week before my wedding, I found and hired Kaitlyn, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She handled everything on the big day, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. From decorating the bridal suite, steaming my dress, and setting up an entire breakfast platter with mimosas and a coffee bar, to picking up the bouquets, coordinating with the wedding planner, and adding personal touches to the reception—she did it all. I even changed dresses during the reception, and she took my wedding gown back to my room for me!
If you’re planning a wedding and want someone by your side the whole day, I cannot recommend Kaitlyn enough. She was an absolute lifesaver!
